GrowthSchool's policy on payments, course modifications, and refunds is designed to ensure clarity and consistency for all participants. Once a purchase is made, your payment is considered final, and there are limited circumstances in which changes or refunds will be provided.
- Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Once you make a purchase, the payment is final, and no refunds or transfers will be allowed under normal circumstances.
- No Refunds After Purchase: Payments made for any course or program are final. Modifications or cancellations are not typically accepted.
- Course Postponement or Cancellation: GrowthSchool reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the structure/content of a course. If GrowthSchool cancels the entire course, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Course Changes: If there are any changes to the course's start date or structure, no refund will be provided.
- Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the course, no refund or credit will be available.
- No Obligation for Refunds: GrowthSchool is under no obligation to refund any fees for modifications, extensions, or changes in course schedules, or for your failure to attend.
In some exceptional cases, GrowthSchool may revise or issue refunds under certain conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Scenario-Based Refunds
Scenario 1: No Refund (Standard Policy)
- Refund Not Applicable: Once you have purchased any of our courses or programs, and the payment has been processed, no changes, cancellations or refunds will be entertained. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- Course Postponement: If the course is postponed for any reason, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided.
Scenario 2: Refund Available in Exceptional Cases
- Course Cancellation by GrowthSchool: If the program is canceled by GrowthSchool, we will offer a 100% refund of the course fees. This applies only if GrowthSchool cancels the entire course and does not apply if the program is rescheduled or modified.
- Refunds for Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made for the same course or program, refund will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method after receiving your request.

Specific Refund Criteria for Different Course Types
Self-Paced Learning Courses
To qualify for a refund for a self-paced course:
- You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment OR date of enrolment, whichever is earlier.
- You should have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
- No coupons, vouchers or tools should have been redeemed.
Any request that fails to meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Instructor-Led Training
To qualify for a refund for an instructor-led course:
- You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment OR date of enrolment, whichever is earlier.
- You should not have attended more than one (1) live session.
- No coupons, vouchers or tools should have been redeemed.
Refund requests that fail to meet all of these conditions will not be processed.
Disclaimer: If you have not redeemed any tools within the course completion period and later return requesting a refund due to an inability to redeem the tools, this will be considered invalid. Please note that Tool and Voucher partnerships are subject to change as they involve external parties, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the tools post-course completion.
Refund Deductions:
In the event that a refund request is approved, GrowthSchool expressly reserves the right to apply the following administrative and operational deductions from the refunded amount, without limitation:
- Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee of up to 10% of the total payment value to cover the costs of processing the refund, including financial transaction fees.
- Operational Costs: A fee of up to 10% of the total payment value to cover any other costs incurred by GrowthSchool in relation to your registration, participation, or enrollment in the course or program.
- Cancellation Penalties: A cancellation penalty may be applied at GrowthSchool's discretion, taking into account factors such as the stage of the course, modifications made, or any services already rendered. The penalty will vary depending on the specific circumstances and will be communicated to the customer at the time of refund processing.
- Deductions Against Services, Products, Features Availed: If any services, products, or features were accessed or used prior to the refund request, GrowthSchool reserves the right to deduct the fair market value of such services, products, or features from the refunded amount. This includes, but is not limited to, access to course content, tools, additional resources, or any other benefits provided during the enrollment period.
The total amount deducted will be determined at GrowthSchool's sole discretion, and such fees will be subtracted from the total refund amount before issuance. By submitting a refund request, you acknowledge and accept these terms, fully understanding that these deductions may significantly reduce the refund amount you receive.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
